What's Shakin' Wednesday
Sorry I've neglected to post for a couple of weeks. I've been just as slacking on my Challenge, but I've been encouraging myself and my friends that "one shake is better than no shake". Time management has been key for me. Last week, I began to do a better job of getting in my morning shake. Now that the time has changed (We fell back one hour Sunday), I'm doing even better.
Speaking of the time change, it's finally beginning to feel like fall here in Louisiana. There's even Pumpkin Spice Latte at Starbucks which is a sure sign that it's fall. At least for me it is. I want to share with you a recipe I came up with after purchasing my Pumpkin Spice Latte. The original plan was to have lunch at Zoe's after enjoying my cup of "fall". Then I decided that I would save a few dollars and calories by taking my cup of "fall" back to the office and blending it up with my Vi Shape Shake mix. Warm and delicious lunch!!

Challenge Update
My Godmother, Linda, purchased her Challenge Kit just tonight. Woohoo! She is actually getting it for my Godfather. Please pray for his complete healing as he will begin chemotherapy treatment next week for 7 weeks. She is ensuring that he gets proper nutrition throughout the treatment regimen by incorporating the Vi Shape Shake into his restricted diet. This is what I love most about this Challenge...helping people especially those closest to me live their best, healthiest life. Praise God!To Join the Body by Vi Challenge
